Terms of service.

Booking:

Please use the “Book Now” button or “Contact” page to send an email, and I will respond to you within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or changes to your appointment time require 24 hours notice. Any service cancelled after this 24 hour period will be charged 100% of the service. Please understand that spray tanning requires preparation, it is difficult to fill in a spot at the last minute. A valid credit card is required at time of booking. There will be a 20% deposit taken at the time of booking to be used toward the balance of your service.

Refund Policy:

All products, services, and packages are final sale. We will not be held responsible for improper prep or aftercare. You will find information about Pre-Tan Care and Post-Tan Care on the website. You will also be given instructions during your appointment.

Lateness:

Please be prepared and ready to tan by your scheduled appointment time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged the cancellation fee.

Inclement Weather and Mobile Appointments:

For mobile appointments, in the case of inclement weather/dangerous driving conditions, you will be notified as far in advance as possible to reschedule.
